These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and ErraBlue Limited (“ErraBlue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of https://errablue.xyz and purchases of ErraBlue products (the “Store”).

1. The ErraBlue Store

ErraBlue sells curated consumer electronics and related gear across Entertainment, Makers, and Power categories—including monitors, audio, projectors, 3D printers, laser tools, portable power stations, and similar products. Product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Store are for general information; we aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that every display is error-free.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate checkout information. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, violate export rules, or cannot be fulfilled.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated and may change before you complete checkout.
An order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we confirm or ship the order.
Payment is due at checkout through our payment partners.
We may cancel or limit quantities for pricing errors, inventory shortages, or suspected misuse.

4. Shipping

Shipping methods, timelines, and any free-shipping thresholds are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Risk of loss typically passes when the carrier receives the package, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

5. Returns and warranties

Returns and manufacturer warranties are governed by our Returns Policy. Products must usually be returned in original condition within the stated window, with proof of purchase. Some opened consumables, software bundles, or special-order items may be non-returnable as disclosed at purchase.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ERRABLUE LIMITED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE STORE OR A PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Store after changes means you accept the updated Terms for future visits and orders.
